The Finding Balance Program is a moderation treatment plan for qualified candidates. It’s a basic level of treatment for individuals designed to help them explore whether their use of substances could potentially be a problem that may need to be addressed.

We provide the right tools to enable you to successfully make an honest self-assessment of your substance use utilizing education and homework. Our online program consists of a full assessment by a counselor, setting weekly goals, learning coping skills with group and individual sessions.

  • how do I know if I qualify for your moderation management program?

    Call our free helpline (800.258.6550 ) and talk to one of our admissions counselors to see if you qualify for Finding Balance, our moderation management program. Our admissions counselors understand the struggle with drugs and alcohol and will get to know you to determine if the program is right for you.

  • if I don't qualify, what are my options?

    If you aren’t a candidate for our moderation management program, our admissions counselors may talk to you about one of our other online substance abuse programs.

  • is my treatment at Lionrock confidential?

    Your privacy is both guaranteed by law (see our consent forms for details) and our priority. From the moment you first interact with us through when you join other Lionrock alumni, we protect your identity and communications at every step of the process. Of course, to benefit from any treatment program, clients must share their thoughts and feelings with their counselors and group session members. But how much you share is up to you.
